Bleed Valve controls the pressure being released from the compressor to the airbrush gun. It is connected between the airbrush gun and the hose. No tools necessary to apply, it simply screws on. It is compatible with most Studio Pro and Iwata airbrush guns. Great to use if compressor doesn't already come with regulator.
