Frends Beauty Supply recommends all shipments be shipped through FedEx simply for tracking convenience and more accurate arrival time. All shipments being shipped to “PO Boxes” must ship through the Post Office. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Bill To Your Own FedEx Account Number
If you have your own FedEx account number, and wish to bill the shipping of your order on our website to your own FedEx account, please feel free to choose the shipping option "Bill To Your Own FedEx Account Number". By doing so, the shipping total on our website will show a "zero" balance. In addition, please list your FedEx account number in the "Customer Notes" along with if it should be billed to the Recipient or 3rd Party.

Hazardous Materials: aka “HAZMAT”
Hazardous Materials are any products that are either flammable or combustible products, which means that item can either catch on fire, explode or both. Also, any item containing “Alcohol” is also classified as Hazardous Materials. Any items that are classified Hazardous Materials can be shipped, but an added “$40.00 HAZMAT Charge” will apply per package shipped out if shipped by air (Express). This is not a Frends charge, it is a required FedEx charge that is a mandatory charge for any flammable goods transported by air and not ground.Any ground shipments containing any Hazardous Materials will not be charged any additional HAZMAT fee. To avoid paying any additional "HAZMAT" fees, you might want to consider ordering anything hazardous within enough time to recieve your package via "Ground." Please look over the map below to help give an estimate of about how soon you would need to order in advance to recieve a Ground package within the time needed.
***Anything larger than 32 ounces (AKA - 1 Quart) (AKA - 1 Liter) of either "Alcohol" or "Acetone" may only be shipped via a ground service. These items in any size larger than 32 ounces (AKA - 1 Quart) (AKA - 1 Liter) may not be shipped through any Express Mail option. They may only travel through a truck, not through a plane in any size larger than 32 ounces.***
