Frends Beauty Supply Return & Warranty Policy

For All Products Received Within The Last 30 Days:
Your 100% satisfaction with our products and services is our top priority. To do so, we take great care to offer only top of the line merchandise of the finest quality. Within your first 30 days of receipt, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. At your request, we will either:
- Replace or exchange the merchandise.
- Credit the purchase price to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card).
- Please note: Any cosmetic or skin care item may only be returned for credit or exchange ifunused. Cosmetics and skin care may not be returned or exchanged once used or opened.
- We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
- Hair Color, Hair Brushes, Combs, Make Up Brushes, Hair Accessories/Ornaments, Stainless Steel Tools or Applicators, and Lashes, may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Any products used over 25% of its volume may not be returned under any circumstances.
What appliances does Frends Beauty Supply repair or replace?
For Appliances Received More than 30 Days Ago and Still Under Warranty:
As an added service to you, if you purchased your appliance from frendsbeautysupply.com, we will honor a 30 day warranty. Any returns or exchanges over 30 days from the invoice date must go through the manufacturer warranty which will be indicated inside the items packaging. For your own convenience and coverage, you should always save any appliances warranty located within its packaging incase of damage or needed repair/maintenance.
PLEASE NOTE: Only purchases made through frendsbeautysupply.com can be returned. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers/websites.
How long are products covered under warranty?
Typical warranty periods are 1 year from date of purchase. For your convenience, listed below are appliances with warranty periods longer than 1 year. Some 1 year warrantee appliances are listed as well for your convenience.

Please Note: Manufacturer warrantees are subject to change. Frendsbeautysupply.com is not subject to be held liable if manufacturer warrantees differ from the currently listed above warranty length. Warrantees are posted as of July 2, 2008.
Frends Beauty Supply Warranty Service Fees:
- Within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico): $19.95
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: $29.95
- Canada: $29.95 (US dollars)
If service/repair fee exceeds standard fee amount, a customer service representative will contact the customer of any additional expense for repair/service before any work is performed for customers approval.
Return/Repair Procedure:
Please contact our Customer Service department Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an authorization number along with proper instructions to best handle the repair. Please include a copy of your original invoice and mail the “warrenteed” item to:

Please Note:“The Customer” is responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping fees when returning products for replacement, exchange, or repair unless it is a mistake on behalf of Frends Beauty Supply. If a credit is requested to be put back on a customers credit card that "was not" a fault of Frends Beauty Supply, a 6% chargeback fee will be charged for both the origonal charge and for the credit back on the card. (3% for origonal charge & 3% for the credit back) The chargeback fee is a transaction fee that the merchant, "Frends Beauty Supply", is charged everytime a card is charged.
