Reel Creations Palette Hair Highliter

Reel Palettes were created for the make-up artist or hair stylist who need many colors at their disposal without the inconvenience of open bottles and confined space. REEL CREATIONS has made these palettes in several types: the Reel Color Wheel Palette, the Reel Cover-Up/Effects Palette, the Reel Fleshtone Palette , the Reel Hot Shimmers Palette, the Reel Hair Palettes (Dark, Lite and Silver) and the Reel Hair Hilighter Palette. The Reel Hair Highlighter Palette is used to streak hair, and/or to add metallic highlights which are many times required to eliminate the flat and/or dark look due to poor lighting conditions or film distortion. Reel Hair Highlighter Palette can also be used on the skin. Colors contained in this palette are Real Gold, Monarch Gold, Brilliant Gold, Silver, Silver Gray, Silver Pearl, Cleo Gold, Russet, Copper, and Bronze.
