Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Wildfire 4oz

Bad Boy Blue is available in MANIC PANIC Classic Cream formula exclusively. Some of you may remember that this was called "Lagoon Blue" before we brought the color to its present state and renamed it "Bad Boy". It may be a pastel color but it is clearly not for sissies, beacuse it is soft and tough at the same time! Like most MANIC PANIC Pastel shades, this color must be applied to bleached or pre-lightened hair for best results. Bad Boy Blue may require extra processing time.
