These abusers merely rest on the shedding layer and never enter into the body through the skin. If it cant touch you, it cant hurt you. Directions: Wash and dry hands thoroughly. Apply a golf ball size amount into the palm of hand. Rub thoroughly onto skin. Pay special attention to cuticles and skin under nails. Let dry approximately 3 minutes. Repeat application process every 4 hours.
